MyOptique Group

MyOptique Group and Glasses Direct supported Orbis, with both financial and glasses contributions from 2009 to 2016, donating over £13,000 during that time.

The group’s most recent fundraising initiative saw jewellery designer Nicholas King team up with their eyewear brand London Retro to produce a limited edition range of statement eyewear. The range, available as glasses and sunglasses, was sold in aid of Orbis, and the promotion raised over £3,500 for the charity.

As a jew­eller and design­er it is always won­der­ful when some­one gives you the oppor­tu­ni­ty to learn some­thing new, and the chal­lenge of whit­tling down my col­lec­tion and choos­ing icon­ic themes, and then trans­lat­ing them into eye wear was one I took on with rel­ish and aban­don I have been so excit­ed to have teamed up with Lon­don Retro to launch this cap­sule col­lec­tion, espe­cial­ly as mon­ey raised goes to aid Orbis, an amaz­ing char­i­ty help­ing peo­ple all over the world access spe­cial­ist eye care, where they oth­er­wise wouldn’t
